  Why Feminist Business Coaching?

We’re now seeing brands co-opting feminist values in the name of making a buck, while turning away from the real social, economic and political conditions that make the patriarchy a reality.

Businesses can be effective, profitable, and feminist all at the same time. It’s true! But the great majority of our business development tools (as they exist now) reinforce masculine models of thinking and operating by design. 

Given the way women and feminist ideas have been left out of history (and business and management thinking), particularly those ideas from women of color, how can our current tools possibly help lead us to the future of work? I’m here to help you navigate and build a fulfilling career where YOU are the boss.
